| Tates Creek Reunion Meeting Update May 11, 2006 Classmates Present: Cathy Boggs, Sally Wilson, Mary Riggs, David Humphrey, Mary Beth Sims, Rick Murphy, & Cathy Buchholtz Topics Discussed: David brought the mailing labels and postcards to be prepared for mailing to all classmates with known addresses. Committee members affixed labels to the postcards, Mary will buy stamps and mail them once the reunion reply form is loaded onto the website. Cathy Buchholtz made up a list of optional questions to add to the reply form. Once the reply forms are received, Cathy will review the results for a fun presentation at the reunion. David is compiling the information into a format to send to our WONDERFUL classmate & website creator, Sandi Memmer Boneta, to be placed on the website. The postcard will instruct classmates to go to the website, download the reunion reply form & mail it to Mary along with payment. Committee members paid their attendance fee to the reunion so we will have some additional money in the class treasury. Since most of the details have been completed, the next meeting will be in September. NEXT MEETING WILL BE THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2006, 7:00 P.M. AT THE CAMPBELL HOUSE. |
