Mailing list:  Mary Riggs has compiled email & home addresses for 515 classmates.  A missing list has been posted to the website for other classmates to view.  If anyone knows the whereabouts of a missing classmate, please contact Mary at tatescreek1976@yahoo.com

Invitations:  David Humphrey has compiled information from our class website to design an invitation.  The invitation will be copied onto a postcard, postcards will be mailed to classmates with known addresses.  Each postcard will contain the details for the October 14th reunion.  It will instruct recipients to go to the class website & download a form to be completed and mailed to Mary Riggs, accompanied with their payment of $ 40.00 for a single or $ 75.00 per couple.  David will send a sample to each committee member for final approval & input before the invitation is placed on the website.
 
Nametags:  David brought a sample of each committee members nametag, their high school senior picture and name are printed on the nametag.
 
Mailing labels:  David & Mary are taking care of this.  
 
TO ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS:  We need your help at the next meeting!  We will be preparing the invitations for mailing, so please try to attend.  We are asking each committee member to prepay their reunion attendance so we will have some money in the class treasury.  There are a few details that need attention, this should be the last meeting for a couple of months.
 
Next meeting will be Thursday, May 11, 7:00 p.m. at the Campbell House Inn
